EstiPad is a monthly subscription service. Cancel any time from your account settings.
No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of that period.
EstiPad provides automated estimates as a professional tool. It is not a substitute for professional quantity surveying. The builder is responsible for final quote accuracy before sending to a client.
By using EstiPad you agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse the platform, its data, or its supplier links.
EstiPad participates in affiliate programmes with UK trade suppliers including Screwfix, Toolstation, Travis Perkins, Wickes and B&Q via networks such as Awin and TradeDoubler.
A small commission may be earned when you purchase materials through supplier links inside EstiPad. This never affects the price you pay.
